Personal data
The details you enter in the contact form (name, email, company, project type, budget, how you heard about the agency, message) and the technical origin of your visit (the site or ad you came from, the page you landed on) are used by Web Duarte SASU to answer your request and to know which channels bring people to the agency. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract and, for the origin of visits, the agency's legitimate interest. Recipients: Web Duarte SASU, Mailjet, which sends the notification to the agency and your confirmation, and Microsoft, which hosts the agency's mailbox. These details are never sold. They are kept for 3 years after the last exchange and then deleted, unless you become a client. Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and set instructions for what happens to it after your death by writing to contact@web-duarte.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
This site uses PostHog (data hosted in the European Union) to measure its audience and track technical errors. Without your consent, PostHog keeps nothing in your browser and does not record sessions: page views and clicks are measured with a temporary identifier, lost when the page is reloaded. If you accept detailed audience measurement, a visitor identifier is kept in your browser (a cookie of at most 6 months and local storage, deleted if you withdraw your consent or on your first visit after it expires) and sessions are recorded, with form fields masked. The categories chosen in the contact form (project type, budget, origin) are sent without your name or email.
When Google Ads campaigns are running, and only if you accept the “Advertising” category, the Google Ireland Limited tag measures the contact requests that come from the ads, without ad personalisation. It receives the email address entered in the form in hashed form, to match the request with the ad, and the ad click identifier is stored with the request. Transfers to Google LLC in the United States may occur, under the Data Privacy Framework. The tag sets Google Ads cookies (_gcl_*, at most 90 days), deleted if you withdraw your consent. Your choices are kept in your browser for 6 months and can be changed at any time.
